Workout Wednesday: Arms & Abs (with downloadable workout)

Hey guys! I know I’ve been slacking on my Workout Wednesday series but I got a new one up and it’s actually my workout today. Today is Arms and Abs day so I decided to make a downloadable attachment for you guys to join in with me. The great part about it is that you go at your own pace and use the weight you’re comfortable with. (ex. I use 15s when I curl) Also, if you’re unsure about how to perform the exercise you can quickly google. They are very well known exercises and you should find plenty of resources. 🙂 Give it try and let me know how you feel:
