Health | How to whiten your teeth naturally and in 5 minutes!?

Okay, so last month I came across an eye-opening discovery on how to whiten teeth in FIVE MINUTES. It’s natural, inexpensive, and works wonders!! I figured for this blog post it’d be best to make a video out of it but in case you couldn’t catch what I was saying, or want to see the before & after pictures for a longer amount of time I have it below the video! 🙂 Youtube video at the end of this post. Let me know what you think!!

Why it’s NOT crest white strips or over the counter or at a beauty shop place?

What is activated charcoal?

Charcoal is made from coal, wood, or other substances. It becomes “activated charcoal” when high temperatures combine with a gas or activating agent to expand its surface area.

What is it used for?

This super absorbent material contains millions of tiny pores that bind up poisons, chemicals, and even intestinal gas and safely remove them from the body.  In fact, most hospitals have activated charcoal on hand for poison control. It’s a safe way to get rid of toxins.

How does it work for teeth whitening?

Most of us drink coffee, wine, or any teeth staining liquid or food include a group of compounds called tannins. Activated charcoal is attracted to tannins, so for those of you coffee drinkers like me, don’t give up your coffee just yet.

Are there any side effects?

Activate charcoal dates back to 1550 BC and is commonly used to treat poisonings, preventing their absorption. So it’s safe, and a super effective way to whiten teeth. I wouldn’t recommend doing it every day, I only do it once a week, but if you have stains and need to go numerous shades up to your desired whiteness then do it twice a week.

What you’ll need?

Two methods:

Method 1 and how I did it?
1) open a capsule onto a paper towel
2) wet your truth brush
3) I put some toothpaste on the brush and dip it into the powder
4) set a timer for 5:00 and brush! If you find yourself needing more charcoal just dip it in the powder again and keep going!

Method 2:

Open one capsule of activated charcoal into a small bowl. Wet your toothbrush and dip it into the charcoal. Gently brush teeth with charcoal. Swish the charcoal around in your mouth for a few minutes after brushing. Rinse out your mouth and brush with your teeth with your normal toothpaste. Do this as often as you like.

Incredible, huh? I really enjoy using this method! It works better for me because other whitening methods tend to leave my teeth sensitive!!

I hope this was as helpful as I wanted it to be! 🙂
