I wanted to keep it simple. I’m actually writing a workout plan for my friend and decided to screenshot it and share with you guys. I call it “The Extra Mile Workout.” You will see laps and exercises. This is how it works: you run 2 laps then do the exercise next to it, run the next lap, do the exercise next to it, until you’re done. It’s a great mix of cardio and abs. If you want to run one walk one, it’s totally up to you. Modify the workout to your own levels regardless if it’s more or less.
